Texas Tech posted 49 points and 676 yards of total offense on previously unbeaten West Virginia. The Red Raiders’ defense, which allowed 14 points Saturday, is holding teams to 16.3 points per game.
Seth Doege, quarterback, senior
Seth Doege threw for a career-high 499 yards on 32-of-42 passing against West Virginia last week. He also had six touchdown passes. The Wolfforth native is averaging 315.2 yards per game which ranks third in the Big 12. Doege has completed 70.7 percent of his passes and had four 300-yard passing games this season.
SaDale Foster, running back, junior
SaDale Foster ran for 82 yards on 10 carries last week. The bulk of his yards came on a 53-yard touchdown run at the end of the first half. The Red Raiders totaled 168 yards on the ground against West Virginia. Foster has carried the ball 55 times this season for a total of 291 yards.
Cody Davis, defensive back, senior
Cody Davis recorded a team-high 13 tackles in the Red Raiders victory over West Virginia. The Stephenville native also had two pass breakups. On the season, Davis has 45 total tackles. This ties him with TCU’s Joel Hasley for No. 10 in total tackles in the Big 12. Davis also has two interception returns for 88 yards.
