Lorenzo Labell Jones, 21, was one of three former TCU athletes accused of sexually assaulting a student in 2006, according to court records.

Former basketball players Virgil Allen Taylor, 21, and Shannon Monroe Behling, 20, were both indicted on sexual assault by threat charges in January and October respectively, according to indictments filed in district courts.

A freshmnan student had told police Taylor sexually assaulted her in his room in Moncrief Hall, and later Taylor implicated Behling and Jones, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

Jones remains in custody at Tarrant County Greenbay Unit on a previous charge of bail jumping, according to Tarrant County Jail records.

Taylor and Behling are currently not in Tarrant County Jail.
