The Gary Patterson Radio Show is set to begin again Wednesday night at 6 p.m. on 92.1 KTFW as well as on 88.7 KTCU. The coach will hit the airwaves with his customary partner, the Voice of the Frogs, Brian Estridge.
The show, which will air live from Railhead Smokehouse weekly on each station and will give TCU fans the opportunity to submit any on-air questions they might have, will feature the Horned Frogs’ head coach as well as a special player guest. The player guest for week one will be senior offensive guard Kyle Dooley.
Dooley, a 6’3’’, 315 lb native of Papillion, Neb., made nine starts at left guard for the Frogs last year.
Patterson’s radio show, which will normally be scheduled for Thursday nights, was moved to the Wednesday night slot this week because the Frogs will take on the Baylor Bears on Friday.
Patterson, who was recently ranked as the nation’s best coach by both Sports Illustrated and ESPN The Magazine, has been featured on the hour-long show for 11 years.
