The TCU Western equestrian team will add a new rider to its roster in the fall, according to a press release.

Western head coach Kindel Walter announced Tuesday that Carley Montemuro will join the Horned Frog equestrian team in the fall after she graduates from William Floyd High School in New York.

Walter said that she was excited to have Montemuro join the team. 

"Carley is an outstanding rider with a lot of experience showing Reining horses and I know [she] will add both depth and talent to our Reining squad," Walter said.

Montemuro has finished in the top 10 at the All American Quarter Horse Congress five times, including twice during the 2012-2013 campaign.
