TCU women’s soccer team returns home Sunday from a loss against Texas Tech and is looking for their first conference win against Oklahoma State.

"We learned lessons as far as our group is concerned tonight," said TCU head coach Eric Bell. "We saw what we can do and what we can change to help make our group successful. We hope to do that Sunday against Oklahoma State."

The Horned Frogs have prepared for Big 12 competition by playing different teams with different styles of play, Bell said. Even with all the team’s preparation, it was a tough environment against Tech Friday.

TCU fell to No. 14 Texas Tech by a 2-0 score Friday night in Lubbock. Tech outshot TCU 17-4.

TCU tied against OSU last year 3-3 in double overtime in Stillwater. OSU will be coming off a strong from their win against OU in double over time Friday. The Frogs will need to mentally prepare to overcome their defense.

Sunday will be the sixth in the series. OSU leads the series against TCU 3-1-1. This season marks the fourth straight year the teams will meet.

TCU falls to 4-6-2 overall and 0-2-0 in Big 12 play. The Horned Frogs will play at 1 p.m. against the Cowgirls Sunday, and the game will be aired live on Fox Sports Southwest.
