Thorns, Ventress named to All-Mountain West First Team

Several TCU basketball players earned all-conference honors Monday night.

On the men’s side, senior point guard Hank Thorns was named to the first team All-Mountain West, while senior forward J.R. Cadot was named to the second team. Guard Kyan Anderson was named Mountain West Freshman of the Year and sophomore forward Amric Fields took home Mountain West Sixth Man of the Year honors.

TCU women’s basketball guard Natalie Ventress earned first team All-Mountain West honors and was named conference freshman of the year. Senior guard Antoinette Thompson was earned honorable mention All-Mountain West.
