A TCU student reported to the TCU Police that he was robbed Saturday on West Berry Street near Kubes Jewelers, Inc., according to a crime alert.

The student told TCU Police that at about 4:35 p.m. a man approached him and asked for some gas money.

The student said he told the man he would give him $5.  The student said he took out his wallet and that once the suspect saw he had more money, demanded he give it all to him.

The suspect then placed his arm on the student’s shoulder and the student complied with suspect’s demand.

The student said the man started walking east on West Berry Street.
