In a game best described as a tale of two halves, TCU managed to hold on to a strong first half performance to secure a 1-0 win over Kansas Friday.

TCU senior Kelly Johnson scored the goal for the Frogs in the first half off a corner feed from sophomore Makenzie Koch.

Johnson's goal snaps a three-game scoreless streak for the Frogs, whose victory is the team's first in conference play this season.

Sunday, the Frogs (5-6-3, 1-2-1) next take on Oklahoma in Norman.
