Freshman Trey Daniel brought the Frogs’ only win Tuesday night as the TCU men’s tennis team fell 6-1 to No. 6 Baylor.

Daniel faced Baylor’s Tony Lupieri in singles, finishing with a 7-6 (7-5) win in the third round of play. The rest of the Frogs were unable to clinch wins in singles nor doubles.

Baylor swept TCU in all three doubles matches, including an 8-3 victory against the No. 16 doubles team of Nick Chappell and Will Stein.

The loss brings TCU’s record to 10-11 overall with no conference wins.

TCU has two matches left until the Big 12 Championships. The Frogs will face Rice at home Saturday at 1 p.m.
