For the first time since 1994, the TCU baseball team swept the No. 4 Texas Longhorns in a three-game series, winning 3-1 on Saturday night.

Senior outfielder Dylan Fitzgerald drove in a pair of runs in the win.

The Frogs improve to 26-13 overall and 10-5 in the Big 12. They’re one game behind Oklahoma State (28-11, 10-4 Big 12) for first place in the conference.

Texas drops to 30-11 overall and 9-6 in conference play with the sweep. They held first place in the conference prior to the series and now hold sole possession of third place.
