COVID-19 impacted Sharpe's first year, but he didn't let that hold him back from achieving so much as a Horned Frog.

New training program for all TCU employees

Anyone working for TCU is now required to complete two interactive training programs focusing on harassment in the workplace, according to an email sent by TCU Human Resources on Tuesday.

Student employees and faculty must complete the online course provided by Workplace Solutions by Oct. 1, said Susan Oakley, the director of employee relations at TCU.

Oakley mentioned the new training is to ensure that employees know how to handle any situation.

“We want our students, faculty and staff to know what constitutes sexual assault and violence and how to report it,” said Oakley.

The new training is prompted by the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act and the Violence Against Women Act.
