COVID-19 impacted Sharpe's first year, but he didn't let that hold him back from achieving so much as a Horned Frog.

Despite trailing for much of the contest, the No. 2 TCU baseball team took advantage of a two-run seventh inning to beat Abilene Christian on Monday night.

Riley Ferrell earned his ninth save of the season, setting the side down in order in the ninth inning to seal the win.

With the win, TCU improves to 24-6 on the year. The Frogs will next host No. 16 Dallas Baptist on Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m.
