Students react to Fort Worth police no longer giving warnings at parties

An email sent from the vice chancellor of student affairs, Kathy Cavins-Tull, caused some students to be upset.

It said the Fort Worth Police Department will no longer hand out warnings to students at parties, but Captain Donald Hanlon of the Fort Worth Police Department said the new plan is not a no tolerance policy.

They will still be handing out warnings but will be faster to make arrests when needed.
