St. Andrew shows appreciation for parents

St. Andrew thanked parents for hard work put into the preparation and planning of St. Andrew’s annual Fall Festival. A wildcat weekend “Booth Chair Thank You” ice cream social was held on Sunday, October 17.

This event allowed the school to show its appreciation to the hard working families that helped make this years festival the most successful to date.

Fall Festival volunteers and their families enjoyed ice cream and toppings. The families of St. Andrews were able to relax after a long weekend of hard work.

St. Andrew Catholic School hosted its annual Fall Festival on Sunday, October 10, 2010. The festival raised about $28,000, with all proceeds going to the school.

The festival kick started with the Wildcat Walk & Fun Run on Saturday morning. The run had about 400 members of the surrounding community participate in either a 5K or 3K run in the surrounding neighborhoods of St. Andrew.
