Lady Frogs host MWC leader San Diego State tomorrow

The TCU women’s basketball team will host Mountain West stand out San Diego State Saturday at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum as it attempts to even out its conference record.
TCU’s three-game winning streak came to an end Wednesday night with a 64-54 loss to Wyoming. The Horned Frogs are now 11-11 overall and 4-3 in the Mountain West Conference.
Two TCU players scored double-digits in Wednesday’s game.
Freshman guard Natalie Ventress had a team high of 18 points, leading the team in scoring for the 12th time this season. She has led the team in scoring 10 out of the last 13 games.
Redshirt junior Whitney Williams followed Ventress with 11 points total.
Freshman forward Chelsea Prince finished with a team high of six rebounds and scored nine points.
San Diego State earned its 14th consecutive victory on the road 69-59 at Boise State Wednesday night. The Aztecs (17-4 overall, 7-0 MWC) are leading the Mountain West standings.
San Diego Sate had three players score in double-figures.
Junior guard Courtney Clements led the team in scoring with 20 points while junior guard Chelsea Hopkins scored 13 points with seven assists. Junior center Malia Nahinu scored 12 points with six rebounds and four steals.
