A press conference for a major announcement involving the men's basketball team will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Four Sevens Team Room, according to an e-mail sent out Sunday by TCU media relations.

Trent Johnson is expected to be introduced as the program's 20th head coach, according to multiple reports. 

Johnson, 55, has spent four seasons at LSU, compiling a 58-59 record. The Tigers made it to the second round of the NCAA tournament in 2009 under Johnson's watch but stumbled to back-to-back 11-20 seasons in 2010 and 2011. LSU went 18-15 and clinched an NIT berth this past season.
