TCU trails the Navy Midshipmen 26-23 at halftime.

Guard Kyan Anderson leads the Frogs with seven points and four assists. The Midshipmen were led by forward Worth Smith’s eight points.

TCU trailed most of the first half, but a Connell Crossland layup tied the game at 19. The Midshipmen regained the lead at 21-19. Guard Brandon Venturini extended the Midshipmen’s lead to 24-19 with 3:20 left in the half.

Navy forced a 24-second violation with 2 minutes left and Venturini capitalized on the turnover with a long two-pointer. Guard Jarvis Ray hit 1-of-2 from the free throw line to cut the lead to 26-20.

Anderson nailed a 3-pointer with 51 seconds left and the Frogs’ regained possession with 27.4 seconds left down 26-23. TCU was unable to get a shot off before the halftime buzzer.
