The Buffalo Wild Wings on Hulen Street will host a pre-bowl party on Saturday to celebrate TCU’s earning a spot in the 2012 Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl.
According to a press release, the party will be held from noon to 7 p.m. and will include wings, cold beverages, and giveaways.
Fans will have the opportunity to enter to win a trip to the Dec. 29 matchup between TCU and Michigan State, as well as sign a 15-foot high replica Horned Frog jersey that will accompany the team at the bowl game, according to the release.
“We are thrilled to be able to celebrate the selection of TCU to the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl at the South Hulen Buffalo Wild Wings, where the most passionate Horned Frog fans come to watch their team every week,” South Hulen location manager Julia DeGrant said in the release.
2012 marks the first time Buffalo Wild Wings is sponsoring the bowl game. It is the company’s first major sports sponsorship, according to the release.
The game will kick off at 9:15 p.m. central time on Dec. 29 at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, Ariz. The game will air on ESPN.
