Former TCU wide receiver Josh Boyce has signed a deal with the New England Patriots, according to the Boston Herald, Baltimore Sun and Boston radio station WEEI.
According to the reports, Boyce signed a 4-year, $2.6 million deal, with a $477,000 signing bonus. Boyce and his agent, Carter Chow, did not respond to inquiries about the contract.
As of 2:45 p.m. CST, the Patriots have not released an official announcement with Boyce's signing. Phone calls to the organization were unreturned.
Former defensive end Stansly Maponga also signed a 4-year rookie contract with the Atlanta Falcons. Financial numbers were not disclosed in the Falcons' press announcement.
Maponga, his agent and the Atlanta Falcons organization did not respond to phone calls.
