While he may be busy bringing the Cincinnati Bengals to the playoffs year after year, former TCU quarterback Andy Dalton and his wife Jordan are still finding a way to make a positive impact in Fort Worth . 

Through their foundation, The Andy and Jordan Dalton Foundation, and with help from Albertson’s, the Daltons presented a locker called “Andy & Jordan’s Hub” to the children at Cook Children’s Hospital on Monday afternoon.

The Hub is a locker filled with iPads, notebook computers, DVD players, gaming systems and other items to help pass the time while a child isundergoing treatment or recovery.

“It was the perfect room and Cook’s has been great to work with,” Dalton said. “It is big to give back because we have a platform and you want to use it for good things.”

According to Dalton’s website, “the mission of the Andy & Jordan Dalton Foundation is to provide opportunities, support and resources to children and families in need throughout Fort Worth and Greater Cincinnati.”

Dalton, who made the Pro Bowl with the Bengals in 2011, led the Frogs to their 2010 Rose Bowl win. He is TCU’s all-time leader in passing yards (10,314) and touchdown passes (71), according to GoFrogs.com.

The former second-round draft pick has brought the Bengals to three consecutive playoff berths since leading the Frogs to one of their most historic wins ever.

“I think in the offseason we have a little bit more time and for us and this a great opportunity,” Dalton said. “This has been in the works for a while and everything that we wanted to put together really came together.”
