Junior golfer Julien Brun won the individual title during Saturday’s final round of the NCAA San Antonio Regional at Briggs Ranch Golf Club Saturday afternoon.

The title was Brun’s ninth of his career and third this season. It was also the second of back-to-back titles with the first coming at the Big 12 Championship in April.

Brun becomes the third Frog to ever earn a berth into the NCAA Championship as an individual. The Antibes, France, native will instead forgo the championship bid to compete in the 2014 Crown Plaza Invitational next week though.

The invitational begins Monday from Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth.
