Texas Tech University defeated TCU women’s soccer 1-0 Sunday afternoon.

Despite the loss, senior goalkeeper Vittoria Arnold made an impressive eight saves during the game with three in the first 20 minutes of the match, according to GoFrogs.com.

Tech made 20 shots for the goal throughout the game. TCU defense gave a strong response, and stopped all but one.

TCU sophomore Michelle Prokof came close to scoring in the first half, but the shot just missed.

The team will return Oct. 31, when they face Iowa State in the final regular season match.
