TCU secured the regular season Big 12 Title after a 5-4 victory over Oklahoma Thursday night.

The Frogs improved their overall record to 41-9 and their conference record to 15-5 with this victory.

It was a rocky start in Norman, with TCU being outscored by Oklahoma 2-4 at the close of the fifth inning. A pair of Sooner errors allowed the Frogs to improve to 3-4 in the sixth and tie the game in the seventh.

Another critical Sooner error allowed Derek Odell to score in the ninth, improving the score to 5-4 in favor of TCU. Riley Ferrell was about to hold off Oklahoma, securing the victory.

The Frogs are 1-0 in the series, with two more games on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
