The whistleblower complaint at the center of the controversy between President Trump and his phone call with the Ukrainian President has been released by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

The whistleblower called the matter an “urgent concern” after receiving information that “the President of the United States is using the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country in the 2020 U.S. election.”
