The Frogs are off to their second-ever 7-0 start to a season, led by Sedona Prince and Agnes Emma-Nnopu. The two were named to the St. Pete Showcase All-Tournament Team, with Prince finishing as the tournament MVP.

TCU opened the tournament with an 85-56 win over UTEP, with Madison Conner leading all scorers with 28 points.

Conner is currently leading the nation in 3-point shooting and went 8-8 from the field against the Miners. Prince followed with 19 points and seven rebounds, while Una Jovanovic added 13 points.

In their second game, they sealed the tournament with another win, a close 88-81 matchup against Nebraska.

Prince put up 23 points, 11 rebounds, and three blocks, earning her fifth double-double of the season, leading the NCAA in this category.

Nnopu, leading all scorers, was an unstoppable force in the first half, putting up 26 points and sinking 6-of-8 from deep.

The 5-2 Hurricanes are coming off their worst loss so far this season, falling 102-58 to the Mississippi State Bulldogs.

After the Golden Hurricanes knocked down a transition three, they took their first and only lead of the game, 5-2. The Bulldogs’ defense was an unstoppable force, taking a 50-32 lead going into halftime.
