Students can vote for this year’s Student Government Association (SGA) House of Representatives on Friday, August 30.
SGA will send a ballot to every student’s TCU email on Friday morning.
The SGA House is made up of representatives from each academic college. Students vote on their representatives based on their major.
Representatives serve on committees that are intended to connect the student body to faculty, staff and administration. These committees deal with issues like campus and academic affairs, dining services and funding for student organizations.
According to the SGA Constitution, 56 people serve as representatives. Those seats are apportioned according to college population, with Neeley School of Business receiving the most and the College of Education receiving the fewest.
