TCU set the tone early with an aggressive defense, forcing 11 turnovers in the first half. UIW managed to apply pressure of its own, creating eight turnovers to keep the Frogs from pulling too far ahead early. Both teams settled in during the second quarter, combining for just three total turnovers, with TCU taking a 35-24 advantage into the break.
UIW’s Raimi McCrary led her team with six points, but the Cardinals struggled to find consistent offensive production.

Statistically, TCU’s efficiency stood out. The Frogs shot 47% from the field, outpacing UIW’s 38%. While the teams were evenly matched on the boards with 17 rebounds each, TCU’s ability to convert high-percentage looks gave them a clear edge.
The second half began with increased intensity, as both teams quickly picked up fouls within the first two minutes. TCU found its rhythm offensively midway through the third quarter, going on a 3-for-3 run to extend the lead to 48-31, effectively putting the game out of reach.
Quick to follow, the Frogs went on a 4-for-5 run with three minutes left in the third quarter to establish a 21-point lead over the Cardinals before a 2:49 scoring drought for TCU. Madison Conner stopped the drought with a jumper good for two to make the board 56-36 entering the final quarter.
To finish up the game, TCU continued to dominate offensively, with three Horned Frogs outscoring UIW in its entirety.
The Cardinals ended with a field goal percentage of 32 compared to TCU’s 52. The Frogs outperformed in all aspects of the game, including three-pointers, bench points, points in the paint, fast break points, blocks, assists and steals.
Hailey Van Lith led the Frogs once again, going 5-for-14 for 19 points, with Madison Conner closely in suit, going 6-for-9 for 17 points. Sedona Prince has now recorded a double-double in over 60% of her starts.
