The Frogs held Tech to just seven points in the third quarter, and the team was able to regain a 10-point advantage, 44-33, heading into the final minutes.
TCU controlled the game in the second half, forcing eight more turnovers and scoring 21 points off Texas Tech’s lack of ball control.
Hailey Van Lith faced some foul trouble and was fouled out with over four minutes to play and ended the game with six points.
Aaliyah Roberson led the Horned Frogs with 14 points, four rebounds and one assist, and Madison Connor, right behind her, contributed 13 points and one assist.
