Delta flight makes an emergency landing in Toronto
According to CBS, a Delta Airlines flight traveling from Minneapolis to Toronto made an emergency landing and overturned at Toronto Pearson International Airport. Despite 17 reported injuries, all 80 passengers and crew members were successfully evacuated.
There were no fatalities reported.

Mount Etna’s spectacular eruption disrupts air traffic
Mount Etna’s renewed volcanic activity has severely disrupted air traffic in southern Italy. According to the BBC, a reported 32 flights have been diverted from Catania Airport in the past 24 hours.
The eruption, which began on February 6, has produced lava flows stretching 2.6 kilometers and reaching elevations of 2,200 meters high. In response, authorities have raised the aviation color code to red.

Millions of Americans’ private tax records are stored in the IRS’ Integrated Data Retrieval System, which Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency, DOGE, has requested unprecedented access to, sparking a heated controversy, according to the AP.
Democratic Senators Elizabeth Warren and Ron Wyden have demanded answers, citing potential privacy concerns, while theWhite House has defended this action as necessary to fight fraud and waste. A group of unions and taxpayers have sued the administration, which is especially troubling because the IRS does not currently have a commissioner confirmed by the Senate.

Developing situation in Ukraine
According to the BBC, Russian forces have stepped up their offensive activities on several fronts, with notable action seen close to Borova, Lyman and Toretsk. Several Russian armored vehicles were destroyed by Ukrainian forces in the vicinity of Bohuslavka and Nova Kruhlyakivka as they successfully repelled some advances.
Ukrainian electronic warfare devices have successfully thwarted Russian forces’ reported daily deployment of 200–300 drones in some regions.
