The TCU Horned Frogs have brought in a quarterback who could replace former starter Josh Hoover, who committed to Indiana.
Jaden Craig, a former Harvard quarterback, committed to TCU Sunday night. Craig has been linked to TCU as he took a visit earlier this month when the transfer portal opened.
Craig will be entering his senior year at TCU after four years at Harvard, including his redshirt freshman year. He started in 28 games at Harvard and reset the record books.
He set program records with 6,074 passing yards and 52 passing touchdowns. Craig was also a weapon with his legs, scoring 11 touchdowns on the ground. He really came into his own in 2025, his best year.
He broke single-season records for completions (208), passing yards (2,869) and passing touchdowns (25) with only 12 interceptions. This earned him Ivy League first-team honors as he led Harvard to their first FCS Playoff appearance.
Craig was a finalist for the Walter Payton Award for top offensive player in FCS, as well as some draft attention, before deciding to transfer to TCU.
He is not guaranteed to be the starter, as he will need to compete with redshirt freshman Adam Schobel, a four-star high school prospect.
