Former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice received a TCU football jersey from Chancellor Victor Boschini Wednesday at a World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth event.

Council President and CEO Jim Falk and Boschini wanted to give Rice something, and decided on a TCU football jersey because of her love of sports.
