TCU's Sonny Dykes has won his first seven games as head coach of the Frogs football team. The last coach to do that was Francis Schmidt, who led TCU football and basketball to conference championships.

No. 8 TCU defeated No. 17 Kansas State 38-28 under the lights of Amon G. Carter Stadium. In front of another sellout crowd, the Frogs came back from an 18-point deficit to send the Wildcats packing.

The Horned Frogs will host Kansas State in the Carter on Saturday in another top-25 matchup.

No. 13 TCU handed No. 8 Oklahoma State their first loss of the season in double overtime. They were down 11 at the half and 14 with one quarter remaining before sending the game into two overtimes, the second of which they won.

TCU punter Jordy Sandy, an Australian-native, pledged to donate $20 to a local Fort Worth charity that hits close to home.

No. 13 takes on No. 8 Oklahoma State as both teams fight to remain undefeated. The Frogs also hope to bounce back from the 46-point deficit they lost by when they last faced the Cowboys.

TCU defeated ranked opponents for the first time since 2017 and remain undefeated after edging out a win over No. 19 Kansas.

Frog fans made history on Oct. 1, drawing the largest crowd (49,094) since the stadium restructuring in 2012 and the second largest crowd in program history.

TCU started hot against the No. 18 Oklahoma Sooners and never wavered. They went on to win 55-24 in commanding fashion.

The undefeated Frogs prepare to face the 18th-ranked Sooners on Saturday.
